We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Return Conditions

✔ Return window: Within 30 days of receipt
✔ Method: Return by post
✔ Return label:
– Provided only for damaged or faulty items
– Customer is responsible for return shipping on change-of-mind (remorse) returns
✔ Item condition: Must be new, unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging
✔ Restocking fee: No restocking fee

Return reasons & charges:

  • Defective/Damaged Item: No charge

  • Change of Mind: No charge (customer covers return postage)

How to Request a Return

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return label (if applicable) and clear instructions.
Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your order as soon as it arrives.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items
